These Terms are between you and VoidSummon, located at Set your legal entity address.

These Terms govern your access to and use of VoidSummon as a software-as-a-service platform for marketplace operations and related tools.

Professional business features are available through subscription, while stores process customer payments securely through their own Stripe Connect accounts.

1. Service Scope

VoidSummon provides hosted software features for account management, store management, marketplace listings, team access, and transaction orchestration. We may update, add, or remove features to maintain or improve the service.

2. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for all actions under your account. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Each store is solely responsible for listing accuracy, inventory availability, pricing, customer support, shipping, returns handling, and compliance with consumer protection and product laws in its jurisdictions.

4. Payments and Stripe Connect

Payment processing and payouts are provided by Stripe and Stripe Connect. Vendors must complete and maintain all onboarding, verification, and compliance requirements requested by Stripe. Store management features may be restricted until payment readiness is active.

5. Platform Fees

Platform fees, application fees, and pricing terms may apply to marketplace transactions as displayed in the product experience or separate commercial agreements.

6. Taxes

Vendors are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges related to their sales and operations.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, intellectual property infringement, abuse of integrations, security violations, or actions that interfere with platform stability or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

VoidSummon and its software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own content and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and display it in the service.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may impact availability.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, legal obligations, or risks to users, payment partners, or platform integrity.

11. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VoidSummon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify VoidSummon against claims, liabilities, losses, and costs arising from your content, store operations, legal violations, or misuse of the platform.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of the platform, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
